100 New condomium projects are planned for 2017-18

New construction in Miami is on a rampage again, we just have to look at the cranes all over downtown Miami, Brickell and the new corridor of Biscayne Blvd, to figure out all the new buildings coming up.  New neighborhoods have also come up  with  identification of their own, like Wynwood for art and restaurant, Midtown up-scale shops and restaurants, Edgewater hiigh rise condomiums on Biscayne Bay with amazing view from most of these new condominiums.  All new construction in this area is mostly shops, hotels and conodominiums. However, development does not stop in these areas alone, there are new and plenty new construction in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. Go south to South Dade "more to explore"
