South -Dade Miami Cultural Arts Center above. Cutler Bay is a very progressive city, in addition to its Mayor who is very much hands on, makes Cutler Bay unique. There has been lots of improvements on the main roads to make the feeling of a community instead of highways.  This area has most affordable homes and condos, than any other area in South Dade, prices have increased in the past two months, do not be caught with more increases.  This is a beautiful area with homes with large lots and no home owners associations.  Soon everyone will discovered this well kept secret. - "South Dade More to Explore"

The Town of Cutler Bay was founded in January 2005 and approved in November 2005.  The youngest incorporated municipality in the State of Florida

Soon after incorporation the first Mayor John F. Cosgrove, former Florida State Legislator for about 25 years, was elected Mayor in January 2006.  Unfortunately, on April 19, 2006, he passed away while vacationing with his daughter. The Vice-Mayor Paul Vrooman became the new Mayor of our Town.  New mayor is Ed MacDougal.

There are 40,000 residents and Cutler Bay has been growing in leaps and bounds.

Most of the houses in Cutler Bay enjoy at least ¼ acre of land, lots of green and, of course, close to the Bay.  Enjoy and relax in a home in Cutler Bay, a great place to call HOME, and now more affordable homes than ever before.
