The Village of Palmetto Bay  is a city of parks, excellent schools, a wonderful family community and great real estate opportunities.  We enjoy six ( 6)  parks including a library in one of the parks right on the bay. Northern Boundary:  SW 136 Street and the City of  Pinecrest 
Eastern Boundary: City of Coral Gables and Biscayne Bay
Southern Boundary: SW 184 Street and  Town of Cutler Bay
Palmetto Bay is just west of Biscayne Bay, 30 minutes south of Miami downtown, 30 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 40 minutes to Miami Beach, 30 Minutes to Key Largo in the Florida Keys, just a few minutes to Matherson Hammock Beach, just a few minutes to excellent hospitals Baptist and Jackson South. If  shopping  is what you are looking for, our malls are one of the best in Miami- Dade and they are just a few minutes from the Village: The Falls and Dadeland Malls.
